my friend used to work for Sri Comp. what he told me is the people there are quite nice if u get to know them better.

personally, i dun have a good impression towards Sri Comp as the way they talk to customer are quite arrogant.

i dun think tis is nice to advertise ur shop at sri com thread gua.

After hearing bad remarks about Sri IT, I ended up avoiding that shop. Thus, I search around to find my stuff but to no avail as the price of my stuff sold by other outlets are freaking expensive. I gave Sri IT a try today. I was quite surprised to what I've seen. The staff at there are really nice to me. Bought my Edifier M3300 for RM218 and MP230 for RM108 at Sri IT. Before I drop by at Sri IT, I went to All IT first. All IT sold the M3300 for RM 259 or something. I demanded an explanation for that freaking high price and their explanation was, this is a new and improved version of M3300 and etc. Aren't both the same model? Never heard of any improved version of M3300 except the SF version. Before I left, they did aplogize for it. Not so bad though.

Besides that, the staff at Sri IT was very very nice to me when I wanted to try out their speakers. I took such a long time trying out one by one because I wanted to listen to the right type of speaker I am looking for. That staff was patience and explained to every of my questions without any fuss. Guess it is just TS bad luck. Don't let a bad apple spoilt the whole basket. Just my 2 cents.

Before I drop by at Sri IT, I went to All IT first to check on the price for Edifier M3300 and MP230. Dissapointedly, the price was way too high and their explanation on new and improved version is not logic at all. Then I went to Sri IT to try out the same speaker model, and theirs turn out to the cheaper. Cheaper by alot.

sri comp is confirm a liar ! i send my laptop to fix years ago , they over screw it untill it break my mobo , and they dunwan to pay , my whole laptop gone becoz of that . F them !

The staff there is quite arrogant...today i went there wit my fren and i ask a staff there about d different of full pin DVI and 18 pin DVI.....guess wat the staff told me...he said "one more pin and the other less pin" =.=.....F*** i also know tat and i can see wit my eyes......If he dunno juz say he dunno....y giv me such a stupid ans.......

here's my case.first thing i bought a net mainboard from this shop prestige it

and the case i bought a new board.when i back home.i checked out it has no display and found out the 2 pins at board socket775 were not in good condition

went back to this shop to replace new one.with bullshits.and this and that.bla bla try to claim.

come on 775 cpu doesnt have any pin..in the board the pin is covered.how possible i could damage the pin.

end up no exchange.and i will never go to that shop again and bad service in rma,and sales.its kinda suffer.

furthermore my buddy purchased stuff from there and get to know that their pricing is dead cant discount

so now i prefer go to THE HUB at 3rd floor which is same as viewnet company..its cheap and warranty good.

for sri comp..its self service since its mean for u to see it with ur own eyes..no comment.

I can say that only one staff is nice but not all.

it seems that there are many victim of this bad company tat try to scam out d buyer money.....but still there are many out there tat didnt realize this....mayb someday we will ned to protest at outside sri comp....haha ^^,

Sri Comp is quite competetive in pricing. That means some stuff cheap and some not. But they have a lot of stuff. No arguing about that.

The really bad about them is the customer service. Most of their staff don't carry a smile. I would say 80%. They would laugh at their colleagues jokes though. The guys sitting at the glass counter are usually unapproachable, where they care more talking to each other. The cashiers has a personality of sour puss. Take your money shove the reciept & goods to you. No interaction.

Needless to say, it a good place to LOOK - SEE - BUY - GO. They offer nothing more. Already 3 years i browse the shop, seen many staff changes and the staff attitude are still the same as i described.

You be the judge if that is a good thing. Even so they still aren't closing down. Because they offset such bad things with a LOT of stuff inside. Go figure why people still buy there.

Once went there to enquire about the HD4870, that guy just give the face like
'tak mau layan'..... But I'm ok with that since I think sitting there the whole
day just make you feel.....emm, meaningless?

BTW, he told me that I don't have to plug in the 6 pin power connector
also can.....What the!!!

I think the working enviroment there is really Toxic!! Even good staff will become
demotivated.

Went there a couple of times and some of the staffs there didn't even bother to help me when I was talking to 'em especially those staffs at the booth.....

the staffs there abit kerek.. but in sri like one forumer said "stop buy and go " shop...

i think your case is more of the exception instead of the rule

like a good apple in a whole basket of rotting ones
