Ironic how these ppl failed to improve after all these years of bad service. I remember abt 4-5 yrs ago I had bad experience with them and have never bought anything from them since.

I'm actually suprised that they're still in business despite treating customers badly. I guess they're bading themselves under product brands these days coz they know that ppl are staying away from them because of the reputation they've rcvd
