well this is due to their strategic location and fengshui also
also not forgetting, forumers here only a very2 small percentage comparing to daily/weekend walk-in customers in lowyat. so we complained here also means nothing wont do any harm at all. good example, just look inside console couch, most gaming shops in sg wang and lowyat are well known for conning ppl and yet you see so many ppl are still buying new console in both sg wang and lowyat.

What is console couch? those shop that sell console?

How they con people? May you clarify?

Anyway ppl don't feel like getting con when buying from there, since they are lazy to ask around and compare prices (like my dad) , they just want fast + reliable service = not cheap then.

i think sri comp is a hit and miss. If you get one of their good staff I would recommend you stick to him like glue (that means every time u buy only find him or her) .....dun worry all the others wont even bother asking you why if you go there and ask for that specific person...

If you observe carefully in Sri Comp, they divide their products in several departments, such as PC Accessories, UPS, Printer, Networking Products, LCD, PC Hardwares and so on....In each department, there are 1 or 2 supervisors.

Try to locate/find those supervisors if you need some specific product informations or better offer from them. So far I didn't encounter any bad experience from shopping with Sri Comp

haha...But it should not be THAT difficult, isit. Locating the right guys to service you...We are paying them, right. The last time i check, is we are still customer. I say, if the shops is bad or conning ppl...forget about them. They are plenty of choices right now and the product they are selling is all over the place. I dun see why we need to buy from them even it is slightly cheaper. My sanity is more important lor....

i always stick to onli 1 person in sri computer and i know some of the stuff there really cannot ask thing 1...sure they give face u see d...damn

there's one guy in Sri Computer that i cant stand. i approach him to ask about UPS, he said "tanye bdk dalam" in a rude manner. it's not that i want to buy it, just want to know the detail bout UPS. then with polite i ask him, i said what the function of UPS. without a smile on his face he said "tanye bdk dalam". what a nice manner he had. f*** him. f***.f***.f***.
if i see him outside LYP, i'm gonna beat the crap out of his stupid head.
damn that guy. it's really irritating just to remember it.

Their sales staff came from which country? Sometimes, I don't understand any of their language even they try to speak BM or English. Look like Malay .. but ..

I do agree. The staffs at Sri Computer are really useless. They are rude and also have a don't care character. I've also visited ViewNet Computers System Sdn Bhd which is 1 floor above Sri Computers. The service there is much better, the staffs are very helpful and also the prices of goods there are also slighty cheaper. It's worth shopping there. What is the point of supporting Sri Computer if their management is really mess up. All IT is also another joke. They do not carry some of the network equipments that are common in the market such as the Aztech Homeplug HL105E.

Added on February 5, 2009, 10:30 pmHi. If you need good and affortable stuffs with dedicated staffs, you should check out ViewNet Computer System Sdn Bhd. I find them much better than Sri Computers. Some of the stuffs which they have there is not even sold in All IT Hypermarket.

Added on February 5, 2009, 10:40 pmHi. I don't believe that it's one careless worker. My personal experience. When I went there this evening (05/02/09 @ +- 1900 hrs) to inquire about the Aztech Powerline, they keep pushing the issue from the network counter (back of the shop) to the area that is selling the aztech product and finally to the front area of the store. The chinese tall guy at the front of the store keeps giving all sorts of excuses and said that they do not carry the product. But I saw a set at the network area. I believe that they are not interested in doing business and also giving a bad impression of the brand of products that they carry. Basacally the whole store is bad.
