LOL! I train at ff klang and for two years I've seen ONE chick lifting weights and I only saw her once. Where do you train?

im at ghetto gym. nowadays some lady start coming to the gym. They always at the threadmill and stationary bicycle. some of them also doing some machine workout.

TF Kenanga sometimes hartamas. Mostly those kakis who do pump classes. I usually do weights when I couldn't accommodate pump schedules. I don't think ive seen any in hartamas though. Weight machines, yes.

Not all girls who train looks like the pics u get from bb.com lah. I dont always see goodlooking guys doing weights, i never complain. tongue.gif

At least can get one hour of full body on lazy days. Bodypump is the class where I can gauge if my strength has increased from weights training. If i can get through the class with additional weights every time, at least i know i'm getting some where.

why not gauge it from increasing weights in your weight training instead?
but either way that class is insane when you use more weights than you can handle sweat.gif

I do that too. but when it comes to bodypump, i don't know how to explain but the feeling is different. At least for me. Usually 1+1kg add on weekly/bi-weekly basis.

But anyway I'm still new, been only working out for about 2 months. Still a lot to learn from the seniors here. The thing is a little hard to get info here as most (if not all) who train here are guys! But I still appreciate inputs. smile.gif

For me squats still ok (I don't go that heavy as compared to normal weights session). But LUNGES!

Currently on low carb, hi protein. Mainly eggs, fish (lotsa salmon, tuna sashimis and grilled saba), canned tuna, cheese, chic breasts (nandos yum!) and protein powders plus supplements. Been on it for almost a month, no weight loss yet but looks leaner.

One thing bad is I'm encountering energy loss on this diet. The endurance is not as good as last time. Maybe I should try pre-workout supplements.

one thing you can do is do a small carb up meal before your training. but since you take care of your diet im pretty sure you'll exceed your goal for sure.
