Hi Folks,
anyone having green tea as daily drink? saw DL said something on this.. i mean, if lets say, i have whole big bottle of green tea for one whole working day. At the same time, im taking multivits and glucosamine, and also protein shake, does green tea affect all this? Some ppl said it will 'wash' everything away. Well, those are the elder people. |
