Just wondering,
if someone can bench 100kg with 10-12 reps, can he still do it 3-4 sets with 30-45 secs rest? I try to do it but 1st and 2nd set fine but when comes to 3rd set i tink i hardly go till 10 reps. Plus, the rest of the exercises are not too heavy. I try to go heavier but 5-8 reps ==" feel like cheating.. anyone ? |

thanks guys.. Guess it goes the same to me..
After 2 months, i did dropset for shoulder. feel awesome! Anyhow, i found something on how to cook chicken. Well, i don't know its good or not. I found a spice call "garam masala", jz apply on the chicken and grill it.. taste much better then boil chicken >.< |

i also hv very tiny trap or almost dun hv it at all...
Pedro, i understand genetic play an important role. But if by training, it wont grow as well? I mean, i hv been doing it for some time. Den a friend bash me with no traps.. So training trap by shrug is ineffective way of training? |
