Just wondering,

if someone can bench 100kg with 10-12 reps, can he still do it 3-4 sets with 30-45 secs rest?

I try to do it but 1st and 2nd set fine but when comes to 3rd set i tink i hardly go till 10 reps.

Plus, the rest of the exercises are not too heavy. I try to go heavier but 5-8 reps ==" feel like cheating.. anyone ?

How much body fat percentage do you need to have a lean body?

6-8% is superb..

But by asking some other veteran, the lower the bf% doesnt mean u look "nicer".. And of course, everyone is different smile.gif

Richard Tan was born with a genetic disorder. His body some how produces too much GH. Even when he was young he looked much older than his age. His muscles grew very fast and he had world class calves. I think it could be this problem that caused his premature death.

BB in Malaysia is a dead end road. Even a dog makes more cash prize in winning a Doggie Competition.

Sad case. Some ppl said he's given and during his young age, his body was awesome. Never met him personnally but it's been a topic in the gym this couple of day.

even with fatburner can't reduce the fat without training.. ermm..  sad.gif  wat is the best workout to reduce fat at my stomach? I try 8min abs exercise but it really tiring when you do straight 3 days only..haha.. after that i stop because don't have foam mate to reduce back pain.. i don't want to stinky my bed or carpet.. have u all try the 8 mins abs exercise on youtube??
*
hey bro, there is no spot reduction tongue.gif

How your body looks like is depend on how/what you eat.. Basically everything is from kitchen.. if everyone practise the 8mins abs exe( i dont know what it s ), i guess everyone will be lean and carrying the pax..

checkout ur diet and of course, cardio helps smile.gif

i also hv very tiny trap or almost dun hv it at all...

Pedro, i understand genetic play an important role.

But if by training, it wont grow as well? I mean, i hv been doing it for some time. Den a friend bash me with no traps..

So training trap by shrug is ineffective way of training?
