as i talked to u jz now, muscle pharm stil dun bring me any effect but without it, i seems like a bit "moody" in gym lol..duno whether is because of my work or something else...

Guys, just want to know how u guys workout on your arm?

superset? or only bicep/tricep day? or u complete your tricep work then proceed to bicep or vice versa?

I've been supersetting my arm workout for quite some time.

i. Barbell bicep curl, close grip bench
ii. Seated db bicep curl(maybe know as v-spider curl, correct me if im wrong), skull crusher with ez bar
iii. Preacher curl(machine), cable pushdown
iv. cable cross bicep curl, tricep dumbell extension

4 sets each, range from 8-12 reps depends on weight...
if still hv energy, hammer curl and dip..

My arm dun grow and my friend met me and said i kecut a little sad.gif

any better suggestion on workout?

Moe: i do train like u but i hv another extra day for arm. Maybe i need to rest for arm hm...

Hopefully shall see the result in another few months.

Thanks again guys.

I am on a time constraint schedule, so i train fri to mon and rest from tues to thurs.

But when on holidays, I train 2 days on, I day off. I give at least 36 hours of rest to each type of movement.

I.e -
day 1 -chest
day 2 - back
day 3 - off
day 4 - delts
day 5 - legs
day 6 - off
day 7 - repeat whole cycle.

but that's just me.

do you guys prepare all your food at home then bring it to the office ? or just eat outside ? Im going to start my first job soon , previously in Uni can easily prepare all my own food at home as my uni time is flexible , but when my job starts its gonna be 9-6pm and only 1 hour lunch break in between. So just wanna know how you guys get all your protein n carbs in smile.gif

hi folks..

just wanna ask bout strength. On a chest day, i dun hv any must start exercise. I usually rotate incline, decline or normal bench.

The question is, the 1st exercise(incline) i can go heavy for 2-3 set but when come to 2nd exercise(bench), i cant lift as heavy as incline anymore.

Do you guys hv the constant strength?

different goes to me. i'm always better on incline compared to flat bench, although if start flat first. adaptation issue i guess.

=="

I doesnt matter which exercise, what i mean here is after 1st workout the following workout i cant lift with the same weight anymore...

odd as it is, i could still do at least my max poundage for the 2nd exercise, although lower reps of course. no explanation, im baffled as well.

is good to hear that from you... i try to go heavy on the 2nd exercise but i need to drop the weight or else, im shaking when lifting and of course out of form >.<"
