Hard to compare with others. Palace Court is leasehold and other in Kuchai Lama is Freehold.
Of cos leasehold will cheaper that freehold. But in my mind, leasehold and freehold are not so important for condo. Landed definitely YES for freehold. I bought an unit during Block A launching. Price consider so so. Not very expensive or very cheap compare with other condo. My unit 936sq + 144sq (Garden) around 400k. |
