936sf fully sold out. For 1313sf at Block A still have 4 or 5 units left (at 1st or 2nd floor and one unit at higher floor), same to block B also.

I talked to BHL, the piling is done for both Block A and Block B. Only the claiming being done on Block A, they will proceed for Block B end of this month...

Hard to compare with others. Palace Court is leasehold and other in Kuchai Lama is Freehold.

Of cos leasehold will cheaper that freehold. But in my mind, leasehold and freehold are not so important for condo. Landed definitely YES for freehold.

I bought an unit during Block A launching. Price consider so so. Not very expensive or very cheap compare with other condo.

My unit 936sq + 144sq (Garden) around 400k.

Considering branded developer, slightly more affluent address, and close >500 acres future development prime land. The Desa Green developer is selling at future price. After 10 years down the road, 800 sft selling less than 600k might consider cheap smile.gif Just finger cross Palace Court can reach 550 psf upon vp rclxms.gif

I am not aware there's unit that came with Garden! Do you need to pay maintenance as well?

Well, the existing condo Dynasty nearby is selling about 400k now (although bigger).
So you add up another 30k to get a new condo, not too bad la. smile.gif

Yes, i bought the unit at level 5 with same floor with swimming pool. That why there are additional 144 sq there. Of cos u need to pay the maintenance fees. Nth is free in malaysia.

I thought all Kuchai area is under leasehold?
I don't see any condo with freehold woh.. By d way I'm block b community! Level 21
