due to someone loan not approved, i managed to get 936sf yesterday ...

936sf fully sold out. For 1313sf at Block A still have 4 or 5 units left (at 1st or 2nd floor and one unit at higher floor), same to block B also.
Mine at Block B.

OMG... yeah, why is the piling work only happen on the block A site, where everyone who drive to the site entrance only can see? How about block B now?

Has anyone spoken to the developer before, what takes them so long for construction?

Hard to compare with others. Palace Court is leasehold and other in Kuchai Lama is Freehold.

Of cos leasehold will cheaper that freehold. But in my mind, leasehold and freehold are not so important for condo. Landed definitely YES for freehold.

I bought an unit during Block A launching. Price consider so so. Not very expensive or very cheap compare with other condo.

My unit 936sq + 144sq (Garden) around 400k.

The land area look like quite small isn't it? Is this photo show the full land area of block a n block b?

I have already received progress billing for works below ground floor for Block B (1st 10% after 10% on signing of SPA).  Due date for payment is 15/02/2013.

what is the selling price that you've got when you bought it? The asking price seems to increased a lot, between 530k to 580k

panaroma from empty land in front of pc@kl...  hopefully, bhl or some other developer will be able to revive the abandoned commercial development... as well as buy-over the low-cost flats, which i think is highly unlikely but i'm still hoping for the best...
