I have already received progress billing for works below ground floor for Block B (1st 10% after 10% on signing of SPA). Due date for payment is 15/02/2013.

what is the selling price that you've got when you bought it? The asking price seems to increased a lot, between 530k to 580k ohmy.gif

458k for 936 sf, before 5% rebate from BHL.
530K to 580k is for the 1313 sf...

Y iproperty adv Rm419k available but last time a new purchaser bought Rm458k? some more 419k in partial furnish....zzz

i bought RM458K before rebate ... Developer said floor 3A the ceiling is higher than other floors, so the price ofcz higher. i thk 936sf is now fully sold out.

and the pricing show in iproperty cannot be trusted ... better call BHL directly instead deal with agent ..

is the condo is built with the car park 1st then only to residential floor? like ground to 5/6 floor is car park then 7th floor only for residential?
