i made my booking at around this time last year too but considering that it took them into the 1Q of 2012 to launch tower A followed by 2Q 2012 launch of tower B if i'm not mistaken, i wouldn't hold my breath on them completing it in early 2014 judging from the pictures provided thus far.

Don't think there is any trouble. At least I have never heard of it. I bumped into my agent from time to time, he says everything is proceeding well.

Maybe it's because the units were selling slow up until recently when they engage outsider agents. Sales pickup and I heard left a few of the 1328 and 1500 sq ft.

Which part? But usually in general you can't compare between the actual unit and showhouse. Showhouse they usually made for temporary measure so can't expect much.

you may go and take a look. i am talking about the building material and the quality of the workmanship... showhouse is to attract the customer. if showhouse quality is bad... what can i expect on the quality of actual unit?

my concern is that BHL is a new developer. there is no track record to refer...

I have been to some show units around klang valley, they all look about the same. They are built for contemporary measures just as I have mentioned before and mostly wouldn't give you very good quality with it. They build, sell, done with selling and dismantle.

Of course, I have seen the actual show unit on Palace Court. BHL previous project in USJ One Park was given some good review. If you really want to see the actual workmanship for reference, you can check out USJ One Park.

Not to say that Palace Court's workmanship will be guaranteed of fantastic quality. The judges are still out there, as they are only still working on the foundation. Let's hope for the best.

is it true that you can get a commission if someone you introduce (to the agent) buys a unit? any agents out there to confirm this?

perhaps my expectation is too high as i went to seringin show house and it is really nice!!! hopefully the developer really opts for fantastic quality instead of maximising their profit. can't see much from USJ one park... only the construction of double storey house is almost done and not the condo... and the price of the double story house is RM2 mio +. so for sure it ll be better quality...

heard from the sales that they have done the piling work, for those without DIBS, first draw-down is coming by end of this month...
