Suppose wanna sign on saturday but after read the S & P found that some important info like 2 covered car park, facilities like 4 tier security, badminton n tennis court  and etc didnt stated in S & P. Beside that, as the sales man told me during the soft launch, they confirm that the show unit is excatly same as the real unit like kitchen tiles until ceiling height. but S & P still stated until 1500mm height. So wait the lawyer confirm with BHL and i only will sign after ammend.

Friend... Usually height was told in feet... Normal ceiling height from 10 feet to 11 feet, not 10 meter... 10 meter is way way very high...
1500 mm = 150 cm = 1.5m roughly = 5 feet...

Which part? But usually in general you can't compare between the actual unit and showhouse. Showhouse they usually made for temporary measure so can't expect much.

I have been to some show units around klang valley, they all look about the same. They are built for contemporary measures just as I have mentioned before and mostly wouldn't give you very good quality with it. They build, sell, done with selling and dismantle. 

Of course, I have seen the actual show unit on Palace Court. BHL previous project in USJ One Park was given some good review. If you really want to see the actual workmanship for reference, you can check out USJ One Park.

Not to say that Palace Court's workmanship will be guaranteed of fantastic quality. The judges are still out there, as they are only still working on the foundation. Let's hope for the best.

Went to BHL last friday due to the DIBS issue.... Not sure why HSBC deduct the interest from my account, they should get from developer since I got DIBS. Waiting their reply now, anyone got this problem?!

Then i c most of the unit sold out.. just left one or 2 unit for the 936 psf due to the buyer let go/cant get loan... Now the price for 936 psf increase to 470k++ liao...

OMG... yeah, why is the piling work only happen on the block A site, where everyone who drive to the site entrance only can see? How about block B now?

Has anyone spoken to the developer before, what takes them so long for construction?

I am one of the Block A buyer. I also facing the same issue here, just recently received a letter from HSBC Amanah saying that they going to deduct the progressive interest from my account as well. Why this will happen since we are under DIBS scheme ?!!

Any answer or feedback you receive so far ??

As per the developer mentioned earlier, if u borrow from others bank, need to claim from developer after u pay... but HSBC n UOB no need....Anway, i check bac my HSBC acc, it automatic rebate back... so it no problem if ur account no money... so it better leave ur account empty..

They should make a revised artwork..so that we can visualize.. LOL

But sigh.. most importantly, how's the construction progress? I lazy wanna go and see also.. see already sad only..

I was told bhl going to redevelop the abandoned shop office lot, but told otherwise by sales person after ink the snp, however, the pros still weight over the cons, surrounding developement along okr asking easily over 700 psf  some even  reaching1000psf, looks like PC quite a bargain although its lh..
