Yea... 936sf ground n 1st floor... 1313sf got some higher floor... But really very very limited...

A little information about our company, we have both projects under BHL Developer which are KL Palace Court and One Park USJ. Should you guys need any information such as availability, pricing, sizing, maintenance, completion, parking, viewing, furnishing, rebates, SPA, legal fees and so on. All the best out there =)

In your honest opinion, which one is the better buy between kl palace court and one park usj? any more unit for usj one park?

I'd say KL Palace court for investment and One park for own stay. One park are semi detached houses going for 2.3m onwards

KL Palace court is definitely a better buy for investment purposes as opposed to One Park

I don think so... Cuz our master list jus place in da 1313sf show unit... N i double confirm wit my boss... There r stil some available units...

Normally high rise property buyer will opt for higher floor due better view (if there is any), less noise, more windy and so on.. Which contrary to lower floor units...

Agreed, but sometimes higher floors costs way too much so buyers opt for mid floor and lower floors
Only problem with this is if there's a new building/project soon to be developed then your only view is the building
