Just signed my loan with UOB. Some updates from BHL as well:

1. Official launching will happen on 3rd and 4th December (this weekend)
2. They're rushing for the show unit to be completed by then
3. S&P signing will start around 2 weeks from now
4. There are tentative plans to hold an event for S&P signing (perhaps with lucky draws and stuff) - TBC
5. The new detailed brochure in currently being printed

Hi Syncronyzer, which unit you brought and what type it is? Do you find it worth for home stay? I'm wondering if by any chance u think i could still grab for the Type D 9++sqf one during the launching day?  Or maybe wait until someone whom fail to sign the S&P or gave up in between  sweat.gif

I been looking for condo all over this few months but pretty sad i fail to grab most of them since the markup price was the fact i failed. Preparing for a home stay cos about to get marry soon so need to find a nest for it..  biggrin.gif

I bought type D as well at tower A. Why don't you give BHL a visit tomorrow? The sales rep told me Block B is 10% sold at the moment.. you can try your luck for block B?

Jalan Robson.. on the way to Thean Hou temple there.. definitely Tower B price went up ler.. not sure what's the latest price. Just to share my reasoning for choosing Palace Court over other nearby ones:

Pros:
1. Smaller sq ft, so more affordable to me (Le Yuan UOA & Seringin too pricey for me due to higher sq ft.. but they're of a different class)
2. Next to very good and "wong" area (Kuchai Entrepenuers Park) - since there will be a walkway connecting to it
3. Less pollution and noise as PC is not near to highway or high tension cables (The Leafz is right next to MEX and very near Nirvana)
4. Away from jam areas due to diverted entrance (Arte @ Kuchai is right in the middle of a jam area opposite Dynasty Garden)
5. Got DIBS and 5% discount now
6. Block A has unobstructed KLCC view (no future developments for now) but Block B may be blocked in the future since there's an empty land in front

Cons:
1. Got abandoned shop lot in front (but hopefully as stated by developer, it has been bought over by a new developer to be revived)
2. Low cost apartments nearby (which the developer will repaint and refurbish to make it look nicer and cleaner)
3. Developer not as famous as UOA or such

So just my 2 cents lor... hehe notworthy.gif

2. Low Cost apartment.. If u c around KL area, i think a lot place got low cost apartment, even near by mid valley there also got a lot. u wont actualy c it if u stay at highfloor. As long as the security is good is fine for me.
3. In fact developer is my concern la..but no choice, i dun hv enough bullet to buy well know developer project. So hv to take the risk. But if this developer is good, sure they will dump in money to this project as Palace Court and USJ one park consider their first project after they convert from maincon to developer. Sure they will make sure this project suscess to build up their image.

So i really happy manage to buy Palace Court.. it just sad that I am outstation tat time so not manage to choose the floor i like only.

The low cost flats is ok to me as long as it is repainted, won't affect much. The abandoned shop lot Kuchai Square, hopefully with the addition of Palace Court developers sees opportunity and revive it either together or before Palace Court completion lor...

Will bug BHL people again this weekend on this 2 items..LOL

You're worried that it will drop? If no major things happening to the economy, Kuchai area should be good. Dynasty Garden is about 450/sqft now...

Oh no need la. Block b open for sale since last week. You can even go tomorrow. This weekend is just like an official launch event lor. Price went up edi but 5% rebate still applicable before show unit completion. biggrin.gif
