I am one of the Block A buyer. I also facing the same issue here, just recently received a letter from HSBC Amanah saying that they going to deduct the progressive interest from my account as well. Why this will happen since we are under DIBS scheme ?!!

I was told by BHL staff few days ago that their boss has approve a new color scheme for palace court which will consist of white, grey and abit of RED. I am happy with the Grey and White but RED? Whilst red is a v nice color, however, i dont think it's gonna look nice on any building. Take a look at olives subang or the new building beside metropolitan college at subang... both are buildings with abit of red. Both building doesnt look nice to me. Moreover, the red may look nice in the beginning but overtime, the color will fade and will make the building look ugly. To me, colorful buildings may look nice at first but overtime, you will get bored with it. Why not just stick to simple colors. 

Condos are Saujana Residency at Subang, Papilon at Taman Desa or even 1120 Park Avenue at Petaling Utama have good color scheme that lets the building look good in the long run. I must say 1120 park avenue is a good example, despite being a medium class condo, it has a really nice pool and the lookout of the building doesnt look cheap at all.

I did tell BHL that i m not keen on the RED , but i guess 1 voice wouldnt do much. So i wonder what are other owners take on this? If you are on my side, please make it known to them. Thanks much!

I've just signed S&P on last sunday. The BHL agent did mention about the changes of the colour scheme. In fact he said that they had proposed the colour: white, grey and red line (similar to the red in the BHL logo). FYI: the showroom mock-up demo colour shows a bit greenish grey which is quite different from the brochure. Honestly, i just hope the colour scheme is close to what we have seen in the brochure. Else it might become similarly like Midfields, sg besi which appeared to be a bit "playful" to me. I'm very concern about the perceive value. This is just my 2 cents : )
