Are anyone of you in touch with Vong from UOB bank for Palace Court's loan? I got in touch with him and I am preparing my documents for him to propose a loan offer.
His tentative offer: BLR-2.4 with DIBS max Tenure til age 70 / 40 years Up to 90% + 5% lock in 3 years / 2% penalty Most probably will meet him up this week to have a chit chat on this.. Who wants to join? |
