I personally think that it will be safe to say it is 99 years... normaly developer will apply for that.

ya, their first project is call USJ one park which incude 2 block of condo, terres house and also semi D at USJ area which beside the Kesas Highway.. I went there before but didnt buy it because i not really like USJ area.. so that time the agent told me will have new launch in Kuchai lama so i wait this launch since April but too bad, when it launch i am in Penang.. so have to ask my fren book for me so cant choose the nice floor and unit lo when my fren go there after work.

Yup, they start their business as Main Con, only become developer for their first project at USJ.

i also buoght one..like pasar malam..very fast finish...

me and my cousin was book a unit there, which is 19 floor and 16 floor, both are 937 sqf.

anyone know what's the take up rate?? i've booked a unit at 8th floor. worry that the shop lots in front will block the view of my unit...hhmmmm

the shops are 8 floors if u count properly... i check wif the developer already... condo's land is elevated like u said and the ceilling lvl is higher
so the shops should be somewhere between the top of 7th floor and below of the 8th floor

Hi Gentlemen, I personally thought so but the sales agent told me otherwise. I think it is no harm to check it out again for the genuine buyers. For me, I'm looking for investment, therefore, 75years remaining is definitely no go for me.

You can add my friend who bought 19th floor and 14th floor also. we all buy for own stay... Anyway may i knw who is for ownstay.. haha... next time we can have gathering there oredi.

I have a few terrace houses in Happy Garden, as far as I know, this BHL development is a slope downward from Jalan sukacita 4, suggest you guys take a look or clarify with the developers.. Don't want the same thing happen to Brempark & Dysnasty.

i think the landslide that u were referring to is this one.

technically it's not dynasty condo but kuchai entrepreneurs park apartments.
the higher slopes are next to these apartments and also the arte, not dynasty condo or palace court.
also i think the portion of hill that the landslide occurred was not related to the arte clearing its land because the retaining wall is just right below brem park, not the side that is next to the arte (although maybe geo vibrations from the arte's activity may have caused it but there's just no physical proof to link these 2 events).

however this information would serve useful for buyers to judge whether they wanna take the risk or not, but fyi, i still think palace court's a better buy than the arte
