I think the OUG/Bukit Jalil will be more crowded.. Z residence, Kiara... all back 2 back... and that 7 blocks Parklane as well..

ya, their first project is call USJ one park which incude 2 block of condo, terres house and also semi D at USJ area which beside the Kesas Highway.. I went there before but didnt buy it because i not really like USJ area.. so that time the agent told me will have new launch in Kuchai lama so i wait this launch since April but too bad, when it launch i am in Penang.. so have to ask my fren book for me so cant choose the nice floor and unit lo when my fren go there after work.

Yup, they start their business as Main Con, only become developer for their first project at USJ.

the shops are 8 floors if u count properly... i check wif the developer already... condo's land is elevated like u said and the ceilling lvl is higher
so the shops should be somewhere between the top of 7th floor and below of the 8th floor

oh..i see.. really hope that they're gonna revive that shop lot.. reduces eye sore and good for future tenants too, at least some shops nearby then don't have to crowd at kuchai entrepeneur's park

I saw them holding the Tower B unit list during MAPEX the other day ler.. but didn't ask them. Call them and enquire?

Lot 34070 is indeed the Palace Court plot of land.. Unless the government records are not accurate ler..or they state the initial years applied for only? not sure rclxub.gif Where else can we check eh? Have to go to KPKT office ar?

the higher slopes are next to these apartments and also the arte, not dynasty condo or palace court.
also i think the portion of hill that the landslide occurred was not related to the arte clearing its land because the retaining wall is just right below brem park, not the side that is next to the arte (although maybe geo vibrations from the arte's activity may have caused it but there's just no physical proof to link these 2 events).

however this information would serve useful for buyers to judge whether they wanna take the risk or not, but fyi, i still think palace court's a better buy than the arte smile.gif

I think so too. Arte's view is blocked by Dynasty and the entrance will be shared.
