QUOTE(syncronyzer @ Dec 8 2011, 01:47 PM) I'm also first time buyer..haha.. let's all learn together.. so u need ready approx RM23k...coiz the booking fees will deduct...Rough calculation for mine (my unit is worth RM 413,000.00 - before 5%): Booking fees: RM 5,000.00 Loan legal fees + stamp duty (for 90%): RM 7,200.00-ish (financed into loan) SPA legal fees: FREE Remaining 5% downpayment: RM 20,000-ish Upon strata title issuance: Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) fees: Not sure how much Correct me if i'm wrong.. Free Legal Fee & Disbursement on SPA--> means only developer side...so v need to pay by ownself on loan legal + stamp duty + others mine unit are RM559k....wah...seem i need ready so much...izit approx need RM33k? ...wondering can i get 90% loan ornot...sweat-ing ||| |
