QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Nov 22 2011, 10:41 AM) viscocity. Whats the advantage using thicker oil despite this viscocity weak point? So what is the recommended oil thickness for saga FLX? 'I take it -40?-50 oil is thicker than -40 oil. Thick oil makes engine more sluggish due to the fact that it need more momentum to move. |

for what i heard from others, one of the reason they use thicker oil is because some old car might have 'makan minyak' prob so thicker oil can prevent this prob.. izzit correct?

QUOTE(catalystgenesis86 @ Nov 22 2011, 03:30 PM) yes gooda good oil u watch carefully the label / the back of the bottle see if it contains molybdenum(if not wrong), ester, PAO eneos itself contains molybdenum simply said molybdenum - makes the engine smooth and quiet ester, PAO = make the engine lighter, easier to rev and pickup faster This post has been edited by MR_alien: Nov 22 2011, 03:39 PM |

Liq moly or Eneos better? or both same quality? from the content...it's quiet the same..both contains molybdenumhttp://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1764127 but eneos higher grade than liqui moly..since liqui moly is SL only eneos = japanese, liqui moly = germany for me each got their own advantage...u choose yourself...haha for me..am using liqui moly cuz of the MOS2 addictives inside...it really works either way both are good oil....u can try liqui moly 1st thn next service go eneos thn u see for yourself which oil suits u thn u continue using that brand theres nothing wrong with testing other brand each time for those who got extra money...they would go for eneos or liqui moly since they contain molybdenum thn add revo addictives(contains ester and PAO)....you'll get best of both world |
