Just want to know is it true that Saga FLX have some issue on the CVT part, and now proton had hold all FLX to be out? Can anyone confirm with me or give me someone inside proton to confirm with me?

No la belum sure is fuel pump onot pun LOL,
the recall is true onot also hvn't confirm yet,
so far hvnt receive any official recall news yet,
when I saw some ppl mentioned at another forum,
I googled to see any official announcement by Proton onot,
but didint manage to find out also, paultan there oso don't hv
I'm just wondering why gt similar rumours come out at d same time,
and if it is true what's the part going to be recalled..

Bro the jerk u mean is our CVT jerk or the jerk that i encountered now?
if is the CVT jerk I think should be normal gua, I have get used with it dy
the jerk I encountered nw is a sudden jerk due to low RPM, macam no fuel liao gonna mati engine like tat,
it happened when my car is idling, nt sure why like this yet

1. Like V12K, press the Alarm and Panic button together. Alarm would sound 4 times. Use it to mute or un-mute your alarm

2. Depends, if you use plug-and-play type, i believe warranty should be okay

for saga flx,it doesnt have the central lock system like other cars?
if i apply one on my new flx, will it void my warranty?
or can i get the SC to help me to install 1?

feel not safe if my car lock have to be manually lock all the times..

Just back from outstation.

I find that after 1,000km servicing, the car feels a bit sluggish, harder to pick up speed to 110 and beyond. I remember my first outstation drive I have to constantly look at the meter and use the brake to slow down to below 110.

Anyone else has same problem?

hi there, I have encountered the same too. I used Petronas syntium i dont remember which one la.. but it was rm 103 like that.. Is this the main reason for this problem?

-50 oil is thicker than -40 oil. Thick oil makes engine more sluggish due to the fact that it need more momentum to move.

petronas, shell ...those oil suck la from my experience
i've been using it all these while since the car is bought just becuz its cheap
now that engine oil hiked 2 times...i change already..now the engine is super quiet and rev happy and light
and somemore the oil i used is just SL...not SM
am using liqui moly(RM118)...or u can try koh_424's Agip...since those petronas already RM103...add few bucks only

the proton edar SC i go previously allow use own oil
but that time using shell becuz its still cheap and SC allow that oil(this one care less)
most of the time becuz its cheap..RM90 i bought mine
but now since engine oil hiked twice...my place here shell HX7 - RM109...expensive already
thn recently just switch to better oil which is just few bucks more expensive only

u watch carefully the label / the back of the bottle
see if it contains molybdenum(if not wrong), ester, PAO
eneos itself contains molybdenum
simply said molybdenum - makes the engine smooth and quiet
ester, PAO = make the engine lighter, easier to rev and pickup faster

tomorrow going to Proton COE for checking. few thing stated for my diagnosis which is :
1) Engine jerking during slow cruising (traffic jam)
2) Engine jerk during car idle
3) Gear knob too tight
4) Driver's door chicking noise during open/close
5) CVT light turn on last 2 month
6) Engine krut krut sound when cruising between 80 to 90 kmph (might be IAFM faulty)

Anyone suffers steering wheel vibrates and rattles when go through bumpy uneven roads with FLX?
