Hi all owners,

Anyone of you have problems with handbrakes? my saga blm 1.3 (M) having this inefficient handbrake problem. must pull the handbrake till the max (even for a low slope) and there is this 'nyek nyek' sound even if u pull the handbrake until the max. Fix few times ady..still liddat... swt..ZZzz

Time to tighten the cable. Send it to your mechanic, it's not a difficult fix.

just tried my friend's BLM, pushed it to 150 easy...but then steering shaking like mad...zzz...actually anything over 130 also shaking already.
think its going to be stupid to ask the proton service center to check, they will just say 'stick to speed limit'...but still under warranty tho...zzz.
*
I tried that before, about 150++. No shaking like mad. Sounds like your friend's alignment might be a bit out?

What i am unable to accept is, why the underhanded trick. After signing everything. Then they tell you, and in a way like forcing you.                                                                                                                                                        Anyway, i am not going to take this lightly, Ambank hq has replied to my complaint. Requested for the officer's name and branch so they will initiate an investigation. Serves the branch right if they have violated my rights.

Good for you. You should stand up for your rights. Just make sure you've double checked everything you did to make sure you are in the right.

This thread like STOCK MARKET. Every time come in here have new things.

Anyway, jjust to share my personal experience:
When I bought my FLX, I did not pay deposit. I just told the SA, pls go ahead and check whether I am eligible for loan first (in some countries, this is called in-principle approval) and it costs NOTHING. My SA worked very fast (which is why I wld not hesitate to recommend her to others) and in 2-3 days, she texted me saying NO PROBLEM FOR LOAN. After that, she arranged for me to meet the Public Bank officer to sign the papers etc. A day later, I visited SA and paid the balance 20% and drove off in my new car.

Of course, this arrangement is open to ABUSE by fickle customers who might waste a lot of SA's time. For me, I was 100% sure I was getting the model after test-drive. But this is just to show that, it is possible to buy the car w/out paying d/p. It's very competitive market and some SA will say YES, some will say NO. There is also some SA who will say ZERO DISCOUNT for new models like FLX and that's when I walk out straightaway. Don't forget the money is in your pocket and you can pick and choose who you wanna deal with.

Well I just received a reply from an officer in Ambank Hq, I guess when I email the complaint to them and cc to BNM complaint email, they "Boh Pian Act" have to work on it. They asked me to furnish the Ambank Branch in JB, the officers name and my particulars. Which I will do it asap.
Yes, BNM is the REGULATOR (a bit like Headmaster in the school) and banks are afraid of them. So any complaints just make sure inform BNM and the Banks will have to act on it.

passing bump or uneven road will have ratting sound
not sure is caused by absorber or dashboard
anyone facing same problem?

Today received another email, this time from BNM prompting Ambank to investigate and revert to them(BNM) so i guess,If Ambank wishes to save itself from embarassment they might allow me to choose. I will (out of principle) opt out of buying that stupid autolife if possible and buy a personal insurance my self to cover the hire purchase.

Ambank itself is a bad bank...i've experienced be4...infact is my whole family
a bank is a place to put money...right?...in any amount
and since i live in a small town...not alot of banks here
we opt to put our money in Ambank
at 1st i was ok...but starting from few years ago....they started to tell us that if u didn't put "enough" money in your saving account, we'll start cutting certain percentage from your account
if am not wrong is 5k
so funny...not putting enough money in your account and they can cut certain percentage already...lol
my mom directly go and closed all her, me and my bros account there

dun think alignment, feels pretty ok at 120-130 constant.
maybe wait til another out station trip to try, that weekend came back to KL from penang...so just try tekan and see how it the car is.
friend's car is 1.3 auto anyway, also the gearbox quite laggy, one time around 90kmh i tekan and rpm shoot up to 6+ and gearbox like taking its own sweet time to shift...guess the car not for heavy footers...have to slowly tekan tongue.gif
