someone knows the trick to an almost jerk free driving already
as for the pedal to the metal, for CVT, you have to remember we can choose which RPM we want to go at. Pedal to the metal = rpm straight shoot up to 6,000 rpm. I always stay around 2,000rpm when I am cruising/dont wish to drive fast. Therefore, although I couldn't choose the gear I am traveling at, but I have total control on which RPM I wish to travel on and let the CVT to calculate the ideal ratio for it.
that's a lot better than 4AT. even tho cvt is better, auto trans from known brand is also a lot better than the 4AT used by proton.

this guy is right, why engine break apply during slow speed especially traffic jam situation... proton should tune the cvt, not to apply engine break when slow speed... cvt shouldn't be jerk since cvt is meant to smooth drive...
proton should take action for cvt jerk issue. we don't want jerking drive since we will drive this car for many years

any improvement will mostly welcomed.
some how, smooth driving is not only achievable by the car and its drivetrain suspension etc, but also how the driver handle the machine. we got many wishlist in our life, but not all are realized. we adapt to live with it.
is the cvt braking bcoz of excessive torque at low rpm?

i'm not that really technical about cars..
