Downgrade back to DZKJ2, then use DoomLord, update to DZKL3 using Mobile Odin PRO and tick the "Everoot" option. Your phone will be rooted without binary counter increase.

On dzkl3 stock rom. No success using doomlord to root using v1 to v4... Any other way to root beside flash other kernel?

me too. In Creezalird rooting guide, try the alternate method. It worked for me.

just using this phone for 3days now,

So..the step like this:

1. Download dzkj2 and dzkl3 rom
2. Flash dzkj2 with odin on pc
3. Root with doomlord
4. buy mobile odin pro (free one can not?)
5. Flash dzkl3 with mobile odin pro with everoot

No need jig?

Hi,
I can't seem to root my device, I've tried both ways in the pdf guide...

Attached Image

This was what happened when I tried the second method...
I'm a newbie so bare with my ignorance
any idea why ? I'm stuck... But my phone is fine and works normally...
Thanks smile.gif

And this is when I tried with the other kernel.
Attached Image

I even tried doomlord's method. The runme.bat file works I guess, cause it reboots the phone at the end, after it restarts and I start kTool, and I click flash kernel from sdcard, they say (no root access?!!)
and I cant even reboot from kTools...

make sure that you open your Device Manager and see that the Android Phone or ADB interface or something like that has no exclamation mark next to it after you have plugged in your phone. Then only start the odin.

This was what I did and now my cwm doesnt operate properly.
Everytime I run it it says "This version of CWM Manager should be usedwith CF-zroot v5.0 or newer. I appears that you are running a different kernel. Various features have been disabled."
My CMW manager practically doesnt work at all...
It opens but cant function at all. What should I do ?
And I have already backed up with the cwm manager earlier, but I cant seem to restore it at all...
