guys, how to check for running apps when idling/sleeping?

and also in order to prepare for official ICS update. what need to be done on my rooted, superatmos V2.1 and superRom 2.0?

How could i dont have the clock and battery widget homescreen like yours after flashing ICS domination I9100G...
Is it necessary switch back to TW launcher in order to get full animation? And my dock not exactly ICS look...

@Luwk, that is GOLauncherEX and Beautiful Widgets. Can find them on the market. I use ICS GOLauncher EX theme.

@la_Feng, I think we can update through ODIN so the ROM we using is irrevelant. Maybe all our data will we wiped. I not sure how can check the idling apps, maybe someone with more experience can tell you.

there are many options out there but one of the famous one right now is "betterbatterystats" from xda.
u can see idle app and also wake app.

u just need to flash back totally stock using odin.

I think we should change the thread to S 2 G version officially,since there are many of us G ver. user.

Hey bro creezalird,just rooted my phone yesterday,thanks to your guide. I have to say,I kinda liked the references they made to the Starcraft lore with the on screen notification whilst rootting it. Thanks again bro creezalird,without your guide,would never have rooten my phone.

nope. stock rom can only be flashed using odin or kies update.
if u backed up before, sure u can restore the backup using cwm

Im with baseband version DZKJ2 and stock rom 2.3.6... but rooted by superatmos v2.1.. so could i flash KL3 kernel from ktool ? thx for replies

yes, u can flash any rooted KL3 kernel using ktool. there are no issues of compatibilities between both KJ2 and KL3
btw just to give an example :
