QUOTE(azim61 @ Nov 2 2012, 10:28 AM) i think maybe it is the router capability you're right. here's a list of maximum transmit power for the TP-Link routers that I have:it can go only up to 21dBm i think if i select the country Malaysia, the option for transmit power can go only up to 20dBm for US, the option can go up to 27dBm but in reality, it change from 20dBm to 21dBm hmm 1. WR1043ND - 23dBm 2. MR3420 - 21dBm 3. MR3020 - 18dBm |

I tested by disabling WiFi the router performs much better interms of DL speed rm85 for a V2, memang berbaloi |

I tested by disabling WiFi the router performs much better interms of DL speed rm85 for a V2, memang berbaloi turn on and off wifi in open wrt is much more easier too and u dont have to reboot like stock firmware which need to . u have so many router, brick 1 also no worry ma |

anyone here hang your router on the wall?
eventually the best spot in my house got no table, cant even put a rack. the only way is either install a wall rack, or just hang the router on the wall. good thing is this router design is cute and good looking so can be a nice decoration. |
