do you think Astro dish is much better option?

You can't use it as antenna you can use it as reflector but not accurate too, I personally tested even modified my modem to the LNB and the effect is not significant compared to those actual antenna.

Get a proper antenna if you need it

To remove the SIM Pin the only way I found is put it into your Android Smartphone or those legendary phone and disable it

iPhone I can't find an option for this
