an individual who makes contribution to his or her PRS funds is allowed to claim tax relief of up to RM3,000 by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia. This tax incentive is available for a period of 10 years, ending year 2021.

Ending year 2021, meaning we still invest in 2021 and then claim during year 2022? Or just invest in 2020 only?

rclxm9.gif The Securities Commission is liberalising the regulation of private retirement schemes (PRS)

This would include allowing conservative funds to invest in foreign markets and PRS funds to invest in exchange-traded funds based on physical gold to increase asset diversification into alternative investments.

"Meanwhile, PRS also enables its members to access funds to ease their financial burden in times of need,” said SC chairman Datuk Syed Zaid Albar.

For those who are eyeing for CIMB-Principal PRS Plus Asia Pacific Ex Japan Equity - Class C, now should be a good time.
Its NAV has dropped to 0.9296.

It won't matter much since you're very likely to keep it for 20 to 30 years until you reach your golden age.
