hi, wanna ask what is the service charge if buy PRS via public mutual online? i read it says 'up to' 3% but that's via agent right?

My PRS value has risen and on paper, this gives back about ~20% return.

Do you all sell your PRS ?

With the 8% tax penalty, the return now still looks attractive (>10%) . Been contemplating about selling it

PRS is just for tax saving.

Is it give good returns so far ?

How many of you contribute more than the 3k annually?  Am thinking since markets are improving and the funds are generally doing pretty good, it can only get better when situations across are opening up more?    Safe to dump in more than the 3k (if close to retirement and can wait till then for withdrawal)?

Correct me if I am wrong but the longer I keep the funds, the lower the annualised return?  Im not sure how to read the data.  Appreciate your learnings thanks.
