So even though I've gotten my PPA number from official website and (bought some there as well), I'd still need to submit the documents at FSM?

Cause I don't remember FSM asking me to submit any documents other than entering the PPA number only. Or did I miss out anything.

Logically they should inform us even as an existing PPA user we still need to fill up whatever necessary form as a first time purchaser on their platform

When I purchase they only let me choose either to continue with existing PPA number or register PPA account with them. No forms needed if I already have PPA number. Then I keyed in my PPA and just purchased like any other funds.

But when I was on the phone with CS agent they told me to email to cancel the transaction then email the forms to them. I said I already got PPA account still need to submit form? She paused like didn't understand my situation then proceeded to repeat the same thing

Guess I gotta call again on Monday since no one here had the similar situation as mine.
