bro ever since i use driver sweeper this issue appeared!! i never use driver sweeper or del any previous driver from early 9.xx > 10.xx > 11.10 then start 11.11 + 8.93 nov XX i use driver sweeper. now no matter what driver i installed the view log shown error but view the log it said success for each driver. weird thing is here!! after restart (installed 12.1) my openCL is back. i use gpu caps viewer 1.14.5 run openCL it work & my CCC works as usually, as for my font it look smaller a bit on desktop icon fonts. i found out ssf4 get 1fps more than 8.93 nov18. so i sticked with 12.1 since 11.10 + 11.11 + 11.12 WHQL can't run openCL. after installed the driver the view log said found some error but i dunno wat error. might due to C++ can't detect the actual version gua.. i'm not pretty sure.

8.93 is sh!t when it comes to uninstalling.
You could search this ATI driver section of how many users were having trouble uninstalling that set completely & properly, with or without Driver Sweeper.
Some even resorted to reinstall Windows completely to fix it.
Try reading the posts in those 8.93 threads for a solution to properly uninstall 8.93 set.
Driver Sweeper is not meant as a driver uninstaller.
It should only be used to clean leftovers from a driver uninstallation.
