Congratz for v4, I just collected back my laptop from HP Service Center(HP Tower), I must say their customer service is really good, the purpose I sent in my laptop is because of two issues, one is the keyboard spacebar has some irritating sound when I press on it but it's working fine another issue was the LCD lid cannot close tightly, amazingly HP change a whole new LCD and a whole new keyboard for me and it was done in just two days after I sent in my laptop.
