That magnet is to trigger the sleep mechanism when you close the lid..
You can try by hovering magnet around the area on the body then the laptop will sleep.. |

QUOTE(asuran_zara @ Oct 24 2011, 12:33 AM) then what do i need to do now to my AMD 6770 for me to be able to play all these games at the highest performances...what do i need to do...remove AMD driver? install latest amd driver?? Don't remove the original AMD driver, you would need it to keep the switchable GPU functions. Just straight install the newer amd driver.i'm newbie and know nothing about graphic cards...please help...starting from zero.... tq... |

Depends the screen itself?
FHD screen is uncommon and supposedly have better quality compared to the average HD screen + 1-to-1 pixel mapping, no downscaling when watching 1080p movies... |

Don't have option to set to Fixed/Dynamic ?but found no options to set fixed graphic to AMD 6770M? the bios is rev. 3.5 You will still have the switchable function, but at least in Windows, you can manuall control which GPU is active. |
