Umm thanks... my sis has received the bpp claim.. Feels hopeless now even to get refund for the bpp claim because the other 4 items already more than 90 days from the payment dates... cry.gif

I didn't get the email too..But I clicked on the link iostrem gave just like sunnyboy did, and clicked 'I Agree'.. I'll be sure to call them this Monday and ask them about this.. Btw,that man is still in Singapore?

Called them in the afternoon and the operator said the next step for my case is to fill in the form in the URL given before, which they send out to me after I had already clicked it and called them..Now it shows no record anymore..Apparently he said we should get the cheque in 1-2 weeks..Hope that's the case..

Received email from lelong stating that my claim is completed and will receive payment in full.
So I open the given URL and click "I AGREE".
After, it also shows no record anymore.

Already received respond from Lelong team. Here's what the email says :

Hi

Good day.

Referring to your BPP claim that you have submitted to us previously, we are here to inform you that the documents submitted by you is complete and we are able to process them for you. Your claim is eligible for the BPP claim refund.

We appreciate that you could fill up the form below so that we can arrange the necessary claim refund via cheque to you.

Once this done, we will arrange the cheque accordingly.

This is what I understand from my phone conversation with Lelong's BPP personnel regarding the claim amount

1. Maximum claim is only RM1000
2. Should your claim exceeds RM1000, they will only reimburse RM1000.
3. Only one item per seller can be claimed. So if you have multiple items, only the item with the highest value will be taken into consideration while still adhering to the RM1000 maximum limit.

Therefore, since I guess we have different cases in terms of our deal with QiLing, therefore our claim will also be different based on the rules above.

i thing lelong just paid 30% of all claim only ...... because many claim are not qualified....... fxxking lelong...............
