QUOTE(wanakin @ Dec 13 2011, 04:43 PM) just got a call from Maybank staff today regarding this case. they still investigate. not much info i can dig. After 2months+ now bank said investigating, what things bank can help ? most important from bank, who open Qiling current account and who can sign. transaction history, CCTV, TKB finger print? most of fiscal evidence has gone only micro film. Qiling company check had a TKB finger print. but still need a original TKB finger print record and hand write document. to verify Qiling bank check signature. But I think TKB done by internet bank transaction, less evidence. use fake Mykad to open 3rd party account to keep all the money. |

just call lelong just now, and asked for my bpp claim, my bpp claim number is 0048.
so for my case, they will 'try' to finalized this week or early next week, but when i ask them whether i will get my refund by that time, they said no. i will get my refund after they finalized my bpp claim... meaning, from my understanding, still have a loooooong way to get my money back.... ( that is for my case, for the rest of the case, i dont know, but they did say that not all will get the refund, depend on their status and whatever... (i dont know what they are talking about...) ok, that is from me, merry christmast for those celebrating... |

this morning, i sent another email to ask lelong's about why do they keep delaying our BPP claim, as published in lelong website, BPP claim requires at most 45 days of processing, this is their reply:
Hi Sorry for the delay. We are processing your claim and we are trying our best to conclude it as we are also awaiting the PDRM to conclude their investigation on this matter. Your claim submitted so far has all the relevant documents we needed for processing. We will advice you the status within couple of days, as we will try to get it done as soon as possible for you. We hope that you understand this. We sincerely apologies on keeping you waiting. We appreciate your patience and support on this. TQ |

Unfortunately, the function of Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia is not handing judgment on civil claims. However, for those who'd failed on their BPP claim, you can submit a case to TTPM in order to get your claim back. Submitting a claim to TTPM costs only RM5, and if the counselor decides that they have to pay us back, they need to do so within 14 days. I have a personal experience with TTPM in this matter, though my case was not regarding online purchases. |
