Is it true that the BPP claim is only up to RM1000 only? Then what about those who bought more than 1 item from Qiling and the amount exceeds RM1000?

By the way, is it possible to claim for item that has been more than 90 days from the date of payment transaction made? As one of my sister's item is over than 90 days already but the other items haven't over 90 days but the amount exceeds RM1000

Tan Kean Beng is the suspected mastermind right? But when my sis lodge the police report, the inspector that is in charge with the case told my sis that the suspected mastermind came to police station to make a complain after receiving so many police report regarding this case involving his name, so he informed the police that his name is being used without his permission about this. So the inspector said that this case is still under investigation in looking for the real mastermind behind all these... Okie dokie, that is the only information we got from this investigation officer that is assigned to my sis after she lodged for the police report.

Hi guys, usually how long do you need to wait for the email from lelong for the claim form bpp after you submitted your reports etc, to them?

Umm thanks... my sis has received the bpp claim.. Feels hopeless now even to get refund for the bpp claim because the other 4 items already more than 90 days from the payment dates...

Hi there, are both claim under Qiling? Umm under the BPP policy stated that "All lifetime 3 claims are refer to transaction involving 3 different and unrelated sellers." So is it possible that you can make 2 claims as different month, for the same seller? Because my sis also bought items on different months and same seller Qiling.

How long did you guys wait for the BPP claim to be reviewed by Lelong? Is it within 45 days or within 45 days to 60 days? Or more than that?
