do u know where is the exact location? well... for those not sure, Anggun 3 will be build on Top of the Hill that u see behind the Shoplot of Mah Sing Previous Sales Gallery. To be exact, you need to take Left turn once u see the Caltex on the left. based on the current Road structure, it would be inconvenient. By right, the resident should use the Junction at Fishing Pond to come out. But you know, Malaysia Driver. They simply drive out from Caltex area and jump into main road. IMO, it's kinda dangerous. If the road being upgraded to 4 lane, it might cause lots of accident. Just my opinion.

*I still fancy Anggun Design.

nice Clubhouse. my question is, only available for those staying in MR or MR Owner or Public? how to control Public access? most ppl would just walk in to swim or use the facilities there.

yes. the 4 phases + M avenue only take up around 60-70% of the land. when i look at the land bought by MS, it's huge. if u recall, there is the road from BTP Junction into Batu Arang. The other side (behing orkid farm) land also belong to MS.

bro, u r right. Land parcel or MR1 is bigger than MR2. but there is 1 small land parcel next to Jln Kundang and highlight as Mah Sing Project. Any news on that? Commercial?
