haha... i say IF only. but for a poor ppl who can't take out initial downpayment, why not? being charge 2-3% and then do a balance conversion for the installment of downpayment.

Hi there, anybody know when the first payment (interest) to be made? and when memorandum of transfer takes place?

i believe u will receive a "love" letter from bank for you to make the payment interest. i believe you'd signed the MOT form during ur SnP signing. the MOT usually take place few years after VP. subject to the efficiency of the developer.

when can we have a copy of SNP?

once sign snp, need to wait 3-4 weeks for stamping, u will get it once stamped.. lawyer/developer will call u to collect

I bought phase 1 22X80 for 583K less discount given.

Hi u bought which phase? i hav view the specification of phase 2 ..they use concrete roof tiles and sanf brick wall..floor finishes willb porcelein tiles n ceramic tiles. But i hav miss out the rpof structure .. hope thisgiv u a better image

if we sign SNP, we will drop our signature on " few pcs of paper " first, after that there will bring back and stamping and give us back a copy, is it all also like that one?

I heard from my friends, phase 2 now is RM 618'800 (can get discount 5 % for non-bumi lot). After discount also need RM 587'860.

Your RM 575800 is after discount or no discount yet? Please share. Thanks in advance.

got 1 unit phase 1 22x80 = 440800, before 7% rebate ^.^
