not vp yet, but heard still selling at sub 500k with low dp but ppl rather pay 530k for mr1 subsale, might be due to freehold thus rather sacrifice a bit on the bu and concept kua. hmm.gif

remembered SA mentioned G&G hv camera surrounding the compound... while F&G no camera... just fenced up n a guard house.

True. It's called perimeter CCTV by TMS for MR2's G&G.

MR2, so fast got ppl sell 1year+ before VP? So kan jiong let go with condition S&P, lol?

Anyway, I believe ppl go for MR1 subsale for even at RM 530k, mainly due to already completed and existing house for immediate occupancy or moved in. While MR2 Alpine not existed yet and still need to wait.

IMHO, upon completion, I believe MR2 20x65 would fetch higher price compare to MR1's 18x70 and if not LH vs FH, the price could be even much bigger gap.
