Mahsing going too fast (expanding) and lost control

The water leaking issue posted by owners is really shock me, what happen to the project team and contractor, wondering is this problem common to other phase 1 unit? I feel angry also even though I am not a owner here but the potential owner of other mahsing project.

did mahsing team take any immediate action on this?

Garden height 20 x 75 not bad. With similar price tag and low entry cost except FH and LH. Design wise garden height phase 5 is better in terms of space and facade.

Agreed. Without the latar interchange GH would not able to success in short term. Somehow I felt Lowyat group is trying to use the same tactic to attract the buyer, after few years talking about this but nothing solid come out from ground, I hope I am wrong

Talk only. Now already near 2015. Site clearing and put up the board doesn't mean 100%, but it did shown some effort la. As long as they don't start the 1st pile, the matter still can ding dong for a while

If similar price and similar environment, definitely 20ft wide is better choice, dun only look at carporch, you have bigger living hall and master bedroom
