yes, i planned to buy M1 residence but after got advice from this good SA, i choose to booked M2. My unit 1st row beside corner lot.

Unit 213? Good choice, u have unblocked view, probably your unit overlooking the side garden of the Semi D.

With 30k disc...ltv90 u only pay 14k as entry level! N u get gng landed prop...
Btw i thought mr2 the lake is outside the guardhouse?

MR 1 the so called lake is a man made pond.
MR2's lake is the natural lake.

Mr1 the lake is water retention pond i think. mr2 natural lake with migratory birds according to brochure..lol.

M2 lake is natural, if I not mistaken, the lake inside M2 gate. Maybe I got wrong info or I not clearly listen to the SA. My SA also bought one unit beside end lot 1st row. He choose that unit and 3 or 4 other Mah Sing SA buy just next to him.

He choose that unit because near to garden. I choose 213 because only 210, 213 and corner lot 213a alvailable in 1st row.

MS SA also buying? Haha. But if freehold really worth to buy. Rm400k landed property at rawang still ok I think. Corner lot how much? Haha

Good sharing from the Sales. Some sales are very blur, they don't know how to sell the products.
My sifu said, for MS project, if u buy 1st phase, 1st row, u cant get wrong.
