M Residence 2 soft launch today...highest 30k disc. Starts from 408k after disc, 20x65, 18xxsf, gng, clubhouse, 180pm maintainence fee, leasehold, lake etc. Only four rows are opened.

Mah Sing must b testing the market on this MR2. It is quite weird to giv bigger disc to the best south facing units which are opposite smd. Leasehold though. MR2 is about 1km away from MR1

MR 1 freehold 22x80 23xxsf is selling near 600k. Earlier phase 18x70 was selling 365k.

That row is 1 feet lower than the back. But it is not significant at all. It is not 1 meter.

If someone die x2 must have proper landed gng n clubhouse but only have 500k budget and below, this is the only one you can look for. I didnt come across any one cheaper than this.

The row South facing tat comes with 30k disc already habis. North facing 20k disc I.e. 418k still available, so tomorrow still not too late.

Location is a quite deep in rawang but once Latar Highway is connected then no need to go through the current route.

the grey units which the orange units face are semi d which is within the same parcel. Dont quite get What u mean of outter road. The main road ll be at the left of the natural lake.

Latar highway connects ijok near kuala selangor to templer park rawang. Once the link to latar in tasik puteri there completed, mr1 n mr2 residents can skip all road n reach templer park there to go kl directly and vice versa.

Dense? Mr1 n mr2 site now apa x2 pun tak da..how to b dense? Leasehold normally cheaper..how muc cheaper depends on area..all varies. Some even no different

The disc of 20k ll b there but the price of the unit may increase. I was told the first two rows r 438k but 1st row 30k disc n second row 20k. The third n fourth row 458k with 20k disc. First two rows for early birds.

After moving into gng few yrs ago, i dont think i can go back to non gng. Serious, it is a lot of different in the sense of security for ur family. Risk is still there but muc x2 lower than non gng. But gng condo if it is mid cost it is riskier. So landed proper gng is the way to go. Often, it is exp but this m residence 2 at 400k+ is seriously rare regardless lh or fh. From the show unit photos looks reasonable for family even though only 20ft wide. Photos available at

based on the latest sales chart in the propcafe's forum, 408k all gone. 418k still available ( after disc).

The facebook info is not updated. Propcafe covers mresidence 2 not m residence. M residence 2 is 20x65. I was at the sales office last weekend, propcafe info is correct. Cheapest row is 408k after disc.

M reaidence is another proj there which 18x70 was selling from 365k up but it was launched More than 1 year ago.
