haha dang.. RM500k already? Was offered RM350k on the earliest launch.. paper gain down the drain.. lol Felt so risky back then.

Rm438k left unit 173a only which is facing junction. From now on price starts at Rm458k.

Very good sales... no advertisement also can sell about 90 units in less than 1 week!! Keng Cao ...a bit scary i bet >90% are investors ...

Most of the project nowadays majority are investors, if any sales tell you they have more own stayers than investors, means the sales are lying
