Very good sales... no advertisement also can sell about 90 units in less than 1 week!! Keng Cao ...a bit scary i bet >90% are investors ...

I got two house at Rawang. Due to all the big developer come to Rawang. My house price increase to sky high now. One fh double storey increase to 350k bought at 109k 13years ago and one fh semi d increase to 650k bought at 6 years ago at 350k. I very happy now becouse i am a millionaire now.

usually own stayer will not willing to wait 3.5 years. They will rather pay the deposit and move in the next day.
Most of the project nowadays majority are investors, if any sales tell you they have more own stayers than investors, means the sales are lying
