Rm438k left unit 173a only which is facing junction. From now on price starts at Rm458k.

That is the only unit my frens didnt buy just 3 hours ago. If not facing T - Junction, we would sapu it as well.

It was the only RM 438k unit left when I left the sales gallery but I saw someone paid booking after I leave.

Very good sales... no advertisement also can sell about 90 units in less than 1 week!! Keng Cao ...a bit scary i bet >90% are investors ...

if 458k for 20*65, still worth ar? sorry not familiar with rawang area...
around 400k+-, got 20*70 at semenyih/bangi...

I got two house at Rawang. Due to all the big developer come to Rawang. My house price increase to sky high now. One fh double storey increase to 350k bought at 109k 13years ago and one fh semi d increase to 650k bought at 6 years ago at 350k. I very happy now becouse i am a millionaire now. drool.gif rclxms.gif

usually own stayer will not willing to wait 3.5 years. They will rather pay the deposit and move in the next day.
Most of the project nowadays majority are investors, if any sales tell you they have more own stayers than investors, means the sales are lying

Seems to be 458k is going as well, those 3rd and 4th row of orange and 1st and 2nd row of blue blocks are all 458k right?
