for a place near hin leong i would have to say ban hooi from jalan kapar. big goodyear signboard.

if for shah alam will be the 'famous' ahkit from mudah.my. seksyen24 shah alam.

shah alam rims cheap but make sure dun get the china rims, stick with taiwan advanti or k2 or rims like tat.

ban hooi tires cheaper and more options =]

But Goodyear Assy 2 is only slightly more expensive than Michelin PS3. But for 225-45-18 no Assy 2. Closest is 235-45-18 which isnt much different.

Why would anybody wanna go for PS3 with such a small price difference when ure getting a much better tyre in the Assy 2?

i get a quotation for falken brand 185 60 R14 for RM 150 per tyre...is the price reasonable...this guy is recommending this size for my myvi althou my stock myvi is using 175 65 R14...pls advise

Hi all, new here. Have been using Michelin XM2 for the past 4 years on my Myvi, 185/60/R14. Thinking of switching it soon since it's almost time to change, looking at the thread, still undecided on what to change, any recommendation?

Yours is XM1 not XM2. BUt ull find the XM2 to be much better than XM1. Better stopping power and better grip on wet roads. Quieter too.

Does anybody know how much is the 235-45-R18 Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 2 around KL?

re001 and re002 definately no need compare with F1 assy2.

Mistakenly about xm1 and xm2. Yup mine is xm1. Was thinking of switching to something else. Thinking about Yokohama C Drive 2 or Falken. Maybe can consider Good year too.

But GY Efficient Grip not in the same class as Assy 2 right? Assy 2 is considered a performance tyre.

yokohama is a good lower budget alternative, especially the Adrive R1. falken=garbage, dun listen to tireshop tell u tat 912 is performance and 522 is comfort. cause both is crap. Goodyear, not bad. not too pricey, lives up to expectations. dun forget tires like federal,kumho,hankook and archilles. they might surprise u
