re002 are crap. should've went with ps3. using it on my car 225/45/17 rm550 per piece. ps3 ard 600++ couldnt remember. clocked 15k km still left 2-3mm only. and why i say i should go wif ps3 cause my fren is using it. ya, it goes botak as fast as re002, but after left 20-30% on ps3 tires still can grip. where as re002 after like 50% already lose grip very obviously.

for a place near hin leong i would have to say ban hooi from jalan kapar. big goodyear signboard.

if for shah alam will be the 'famous' ahkit from mudah.my. seksyen24 shah alam.

shah alam rims cheap but make sure dun get the china rims, stick with taiwan advanti or k2 or rims like tat.

ban hooi tires cheaper and more options =]

yokohama is a good lower budget alternative, especially the Adrive R1. falken=garbage, dun listen to tireshop tell u tat 912 is performance and 522 is comfort. cause both is crap. Goodyear, not bad. not too pricey, lives up to expectations. dun forget tires like federal,kumho,hankook and archilles. they might surprise u

RM250 per piece. or 205/45/17 also gt same price. dirt cheap tires n surprisingly grippy on the road! i'm using them now. no issues! juz a bit noisy only. good rating for me compared with previous tires i use, falken 912(195/50/15), potenza's re002(225/45/17), ps3(195/50/15), hankook v12(195/50/15), turanza a33 (215/60/16), michelin xm2 (215/60/16)

seriously never used such value for money tires b4! didnt believe my frens until i tried it myself ==]

i would rate xm2 as a medium performance tire. using 215/60/16 on my dad's camry. no doubt its super comfortable n quiet. but if youre lookin for a little edge on performance. for that price range i vote for goodyear assurance(but dunno 14' got anot) =]

Added on June 7, 2012, 10:52 amif its from yokohama they should have same distributor? achilles should be independent. fear not about the tire. been chatting with a lot of users, myvi turbo's to older generation bmw's. e39, e36. happy users. i dont care about tire brands. as long as it is sticky enough for me to avoid accidents.

falken tires also good brand. but product sucks. try using its 512 or 912, its more expensive then achilles, but, results go south. u either hav $$ n stick with bridgestones, goodyear r michelin, if not, stick with the tire which is most sticky... haha
