I really miss our spanish contingent  sad.gif

But i am not getting my hopes up for alonso's return.I think there are two players who can be the next alonso.Nuri sahin and javi martinez. We have suso but i am not sure if he is a deep lying playmaker.

Anyway, just want to ask you guys if anybody subscribe to LFCTV online? I am thinking of subscribing hmm.gif

I did. wasn't that worth the experience in terms of exclusivity.

for matchday, you only get to 'hear' the radio version of the match.

but for reserves and U-s matches, yeah, they are live.

Hmm, why you hate suarez that much? Your posts indicated that you hate him very very much that it doesnt make any sense to me at all!~

as a lifelong liverpool fan, im quite embarrassed by suarez's antics. we use to take the higher ground, making fun of cristina ronaldiver , didier dropba, etc ... unfortunately, suarez is as the same category as them. CLASS "A" CHEAT .. AND i forgot to add, his bloody tantrums is really annoying. I think i've seen him sulking a few times after being substituted. Don't tell me that is something acceptable ? We are liverpool , and no one is bigger than the club. PERIOD

hope gerrard's prolonged run in the team might result in a tongue lashing to sort Suarez out.

i think the ninja's around the world might be offended to be associated with downing on his current form.

lol.. u cheer up my sunday morning. get off your high horse will ya? why so embarrassed.. we had a couple of dodgy players in the past to be embarrassed about but not suarez.

he fell of easily if there's contact, yeah.. but no diver.

class A cheat because the handball in WC? its in the past. give it up. eveyone move on already.

he did not sulk. he just frustrated when subbed. thats happened when u really like to play football. if he is sulking then he wouldn't shows up in training and give 100% in the next game.

On Suarez's act in WC, I know it's a bit of disgracing but looking from another prospective, such player would be invaluable asset to any club. If he loves the club as much as he loves the country that he is willing to bend the rules, get himself banned, just to ensure his team doesn't lose out, I would take him any day. It's hard to find players playing with hearts for the team. He did so for his country and I think he will do the same for our club. Admirable efforts , not an good example to others though.

So Suarez is a cheat and something like this is lauded as heroic?

QUOTE
As he walked towards the tunnel at Old Trafford, David Beckham ran over to give him a pat on the back. Solskjaer shrugged, “I had to do it,” he said.

He sacrificed himself for the sake of the team, which sums up his character entirely. Manchester United always came first to him.

Solskjaer walked off the field that day to a standing ovation of rapturous applause… and not for the last time either!

And how about Maradona's Hand of God?

It pisses me enough hearing the media calling Suarez a cheat, let alone a so-called lifelong fan. Suarez's antics is always due to high expectations from himself. It was never a frustration at the manager or the team. Look at his face whenever he misses a sitter. He's a winner and he won't accept anything less than the best. And how often does he dive anyway? Compared to the number of times he was fouled only to be ignored by the referee?

suarez a cheat.. again...

if nobody cheats during a game, there will be no fouls, no free kicks

i dont know how come a deliberate tug of shirt is any different from palming away goal bound shot

apparently the one who is cheating is the one who made a false accusation and it takes f**king weeks to investigate and we havent get the result of the so called 10 times racist remarks.

andy and suarez just joined the club not more than a year and you expect them to play really well? have faith man .

Hers my take on cheating. These days players are motivated to do whatever they can to win. Clubs offer bonuses for winning, scoring goals, appearances and so on. I also agree that you can't call Suarez a cheat for stopping the ball on the line if you applaud Solksjaer for what he did and I'm sure some of you do for some bizzare reason. Please don't be hypocritical here. I'm sure many of our rivals would love to call Suarez a cheat for he does go down easy but ask yourself this, is it not the same with your players? Stop focusing on instances where your players are on the attack. Have you not seen your defenders go down after being brushed from behind by a player applying pressure on him? How's this not the same?

So now, does going down under a little contact constitute cheating or does going down under no contact warrant that label? They can't both be the same.

For the record, I miss the days when players would do all they can to stay on their feet. Football was a little more honest back then. One thing I admired about Gary Lineker was his reluctance to go down. He'd do all he could to stay on his feet but footballers these days don't. If you want to call someone like Suarez a cheat so be it but don't ignore the times your players go down easily. Defenders do it all the time when pressured from behind in their own box. They go down and immediately clutch the ball coercing the ref to award a foul. Is this not true?

i agree with you... whoever players who DELIBERATELY break a rule are cheats.. be it in my team or my rival's team... be it defenders or forwards..

Fandi Othman just now resort to blatantly dive in lowly Cambodia's penalty box to gain a penalty ..cheeky *******... the ref rightly call a yellow card...

but if the ref are fooled and my team get a penalty.. and win the tournament for example... i will be happy for it all the same...

since that is my opinion, then i also have no choice to accept it as part and parcel of the game if other team do it against my team...

but i still considers all of them as cheats..
