What do you mean original firmware? Your phone got rooted only, right? Or are you flash new firmware?

me too having warranty problem. i bought at senq the guy keep insisting that they will registry warranty for me. until today also no register, i go samsung dive ask me to activate my phone but i dun have wat serial number all those, end up cannot use samsung dive ahhhhhh

seller ask you to do it yourself? even at the box state that seller have to help with the register.

Dive got nothing to do with warranty. You had to register for Samsung account first in order to activate Dive.
Go to setting > about phone > software update
Register for account but you need to enable you data network first

for senq remember someone quoted before that they have some special contract with Samsung or what not. no need to worry about the warranty. I also didn't get my SMS notification till now. I think all those numbers you can get from the box or on your phone. I don't think Dive have anything to do with the warranty registration.
