If you flash europe firmware, yes you can get latest update much faster but not through Kies. Had to use Odin for flashing the new firmware.

why my phone now play game will hang in the mid of game ~~ damn, i think this only happen after i dl cut the rope app from getjar ~~ virus?

Better start with rom that simple and easy to flash. You can refer to page 1 about roms and rooting :-)

after i flash that, i will have no problem getting ICS in the future right? also i have to update ICS through odin?

If you wish to receive official auto updates, do not root and flash any other roms through Odin. Maintain your phone on stock rom

Are on original I9100 or the G version? No need to unroot but you have to flash full original firmware back again.

download mode -> reset to factory settings (but if so need to install every APK later on/titanium backup)
