Progress is the main concern,on a previously abandoned building.i hope nothing goes wrong but I do believe a bit in fung shui la....if its good it wouldn't have been abandoned for more than 10-15 years Lo. And the construction is hard as it's right smack between 2 major highways,my guess will be the noise pollution bad too?

nope, new developer bought over demolish the whole building and build again....but the foundations and such..... ntg wrong to be extra careful lo, thats all i can say

The Treez design n facade looks kinda high class..... bt the paint job abit too gloomy for my taste.....

Leafz does have various type?
Is it smaller unit can reach higher in terms of psf?
The time I bought was about RM590 psf for studio unit. If RM650 or RM700, not much appreciation comparing to larger unit where by the launching price was only at RM500 -RM520 psf.

How come your entry cost a bit expensive? If am not wrong the entry cost for 750sf studio unit sell around 480psf.

Are you sure your cost is RM590 psf? I think most of the buyer here paid less than RM500 psf.

Took few pics this morning, I noticed two type of brick, i.e. sand brick as well as red brick r mixed and matched randomly on same wall..hmmm, cost cutting?
