How come your entry cost a bit expensive? If am not wrong the entry cost for 750sf studio unit sell around 480psf.

Because I bought Block C which is RM50,000 different from Block A/B if I am not mistaken having me to cover high psf.
So it is not surprised that some would have more than RM500 psf.

I noticed it too, some middle part of the wall using greyish color brick, some r light orange color lol...But that's just for the lower floors' wall (maybe part of the utility/parking level), the residential floors r using red clay bricks biggrin.gif

I think she's asking about the residential aspect of SG vs the other three mentioned smile.gif in term of overall quality of living taking into accounts factors like location, traffic, accessibility, surrounding environment, pollution, ofc on top of the psf price factor smile.gif

Different concept hard to compare. Anyaman selling about 600psf at 2013 near to TBS , The Leafz selling at 500psf at 2012 got sky facilites, central 650psf 2012 mostly small unit and is soho . But nowadays saw The Leafz progress is faster.

IMHO, flipping I will take Central cos smaller& easier to release. Long term holding for rental will choose anyaman cos near to lrt was a really big point and easy to rent out. Own staying I will pick leafz cos I like the concept (personal preference only). Just my 2 cents...... Happy Chinese New year

Thanks for your info. I meant hold it until next 3-5 years. Which property to be more potential in term of rental and price appreciation play?

Three of them are located almost in the some area why need to ask these sort of question? location, traffic, accessibility, surrounding environment, pollution...

Theleafz has more amenities access (walking distance to Banks, nice foods, 7 eleven/NSK/Sport centers and etc). Usually, everyone has thought of own stay would have more demands in term of investment.

Personal thought Anyaman will do slightly better than 1 Petaling, Sungai Besi.

You have to think twice why Central Residence offering shutter bus, to boost sale? I dunno.

Btw, Gong Xi Fatt Chat.
