twin arkz is 2nd quarter of 2016.

No matter how they have only 3 years to complete.
The slower is better for 90% loan borrowers. Pay lesser for interests.

you have my support puchongite. They are not just developer, they are boutique or concept builder, once you like it as a package, confidence should be showered too. Its like fans-artist relationship, you will like an artist even thought their attitude is to be likely late.
Anyone has choices on hand to disregard their new projects, however, there's a critisim to them. If majority buyers were fine with the slow progress, the problem is not a problem. Especially for those who bought the units, pointing fingers here and there will make ownself to be worried. Nothing much we can do as we have signed S&P and Loan Doc. Why don't we pray rather than complaining? Anyway, thanks for bringing up the progress as of 1 year development is still below the expectation level.

They estimated 3rd quarter 2015. so 2 years 4/5 months to go. 3 years construction period = only 8 months down the road. Nothing to worry. Since you all mentioned (i assumed) the workers are moved to serve The Treez because aiming to rush the schedule progress, when happens to the Leafz, they can do the same and move from somewhere to serve The Leafz. It is a cycle since the Leafz is not the last project of Exsim. If the one believed such chain, the cycle will be broken if and only if Exsim has no projects on hand.
So now, anything to worry, all buyers and all commenters?

RM700 psf is for what type in your prediction?
Leafz does have various type?
Is it smaller unit can reach higher in terms of psf?
The time I bought was about RM590 psf for studio unit. If RM650 or RM700, not much appreciation comparing to larger unit where by the launching price was only at RM500 -RM520 psf.

Because I bought Block C which is RM50,000 different from Block A/B if I am not mistaken having me to cover high psf.
So it is not surprised that some would have more than RM500 psf.
